Today, Viktor Mykyta, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, visited the guys during their training.
He observed how the team works, talked with the veterans, and discussed important issues — expanding the gym, purchasing necessary equipment, and developing adaptive sports 💪
We agreed to move forward together and have his support.
The “CS_GLADIATOR” team is the first adaptive sports team in the Zakarpattia region, uniting 18 veterans of the Russo-Ukrainian war from different parts of Ukraine. We have already proudly represented the region at nationwide competitions, winning prize places, and founded the Federation of Adaptive Sports, which is actively developing and planning further events.
We have ambitious goals and hope to resolve the issue of a full-fledged gym for adaptive team sports. Our guys deserve proper training conditions!✊
